Tai chi is an internal technique that emphasizes on well-being, one’s health and self -protection utilizing soft attacks and joint locks (Qin-na). Popular amongst elders and practiced with push hands technique using circular motion deployment method. Albeit there are multiple types of Tai Chi, the Wong Tai-Chi is quite unique and will definitely provide the exercise needed at a slow and steady pace.
